I do not work with construction, manufacturing, or restaurant businesses.

Do you offer payroll or sales tax services?

No. Payroll processing, sales tax filings, bill pay, invoicing, and day-to-day administrative tasks are not offered.
This allows me to focus on accuracy and quality in bookkeeping and financial support.

How is pricing determined?

Pricing is based on:

• The size and complexity of your business

• The current condition of your books

• The level of support needed

Because every business is different, pricing is discussed after an initial review to ensure services are properly scoped and aligned with your needs.

Do you work with businesses outside your local area?

Yes. Alinia Accounting is a virtual firm providing bookkeeping, Controller, and CFO services to businesses across the United States.

What if I'm looking for the cheapest option?

Alinia Accounting focuses on accuracy, professionalism, and long-term value.
If cost is the primary deciding factor, this may not be the right fit and that’s okay.

Are you the one doing the work?

Yes. All work is handled directly by me, a CPA with 18 years of professional experience.

Do you offer one-time or ongoing services?

Both. Some clients need one-time catch-up or cleanup work, while others engage in ongoing monthly bookkeeping or Controller/CFO services.

Do you only provide bookkeeping services?

No. While accurate bookkeeping is the foundation of all services, Alinia Accounting also provides Controller and CFO-level support for businesses that need deeper financial insight and guidance.

Some clients engage for bookkeeping only, while others work together at a more strategic level. Services are tailored based on your needs and stage of growth.
